City Hall Customer Service Survey


In “Survey mixes city hall staff ratings” Jonathan Sher comments this morning about a Kitchener-based KMP Consulting survey that was commissioned by City Council and which reveals that “many Londoners struggle to find the right staff person at city hall and are frustrated because they get neither the results they seek nor updates on their requests.”

Well, holy geez Batman, they needed a survey to find out that? After dealing with me for so long?

I wonder how much the survey cost local taxpayers?
