    Although I think that the rain this year has effected the attendance levels at the Western Fair I think that the Western Fair Association is not taking into consideration other facts that would also impact lower attendance rates than previous years. https://frommybottomstep.wordpress.com/2008/09/08/western-fair-the-decline/
